Previous recruitment industry experience is not essential. We are interested in talking to experienced, successful supply chain managers who are looking for something different. You would be working with a well known and trusted brand on an unlimited, commission only basis, managing your own assignments or those provided by JLC Solutions, responsible for the preparation of your own advertising, candidate selection and interviewing and managing job offers.
There are no licence or set up fees or outlay costs, nor any other fees of any sort, though you will be responsible for your own expenses. You can operate as a limited company or sole trader, your choice. You can work when, where and how you wish.
JLC Solutions will provide a dedicated email address, website hosting, business cards, stationery templates, job board advertising and Client Terms & Conditions as agreed by you with your client. All you would need to have, apart from commitment, determination and a will to succeed would be internet and telephone access.
You will establish your own fee structure, client base and network of contacts and provide them with management recruitment solutions, based on your own experience and skills. Business to business quality of service is paramount.
We would also be interested in hearing from anyone who can offer a unique, niche service, not necessarily allied to logistics and supply chain and for which they would be totally responsible.
