Specialist in antique and reproduction fireplaces, lighting and furniture.

The role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, to co-ordinate the logistics of all orders and organise deliveries and collections on behalf of the warehouse and to manage and coordinate all lighting and reproduction furniture orders.
Coordinate the efficient running of the Lighting Workshop and provide daily administrative support to the sales team.

Working hours 7.30am- 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities
Ensure professional communication and administration with all external parties – Clients, Suppliers, Press, Shippers etc.
Follow company processes and inventory system accurately.
Resolve any issues confidently, quickly and efficiently with both External and Internal stakeholders.
Co-ordinate collections and deliveries to clients within the UK and Internationally.
To manage all Lighting and reproduction orders
Communicate promptly with clients and colleagues
Prioritise daily tasks and complete all tasks efficiently and quickly.

The Candidate
Must have a high attention to detail, be organised and thorough.
Background in Logistics/ Operations is desirable.
Must work well in a fast pace and highly pressured work environment.
Process driven individual.
Administration experience is vital.
Client facing role which requires a confident individual.
